I don't know if this will work for you, but I have the exact same problem and what works for me is saying my first and last name. Most of the time, I stutter when I introduce myself with only my first name. But for some weird reason, I don't stutter when I say my first and last name. Btw, I relate to this post so much. I'm heading off to college as well this fall and I'm so nervous for all the introductions I will have to do.
