I'll fill it out. However, looking at the questions, "When you stuttering occurs, what coping mechanisms or devices do you use to calm yourself down?" then the prior one about whether the respondent received "treatment" and why it did or did not work --- it's not clear how to answer these. Or to be blunt (sorry), you need to model your questionnaire on the established literature. --- how the established social science shows that stuttering from the perspective of the stutterer should be measured. I would be surprised if the phrase "calm yourself down" appears in established questionnaires. The other thing is that if you don't have your university's human subjects IRB approval (I would assume you do not), be careful. If what you are doing is just a class project, no worries. But if this is pre-testing a questionnaire for your thesis. Then what you are doing is attempting to conduct research with a population that could arguably be considered "vulnerable" if stuttering is considered to be a disability. So in that case, without IRB approval your questionnaire could get you (and your advisor) in a lot of trouble. Just something to consider. Maybe you have reason to think IRB approval is irrelevant; in that case, nevermind. Good luck with your thesis.
