This actually gave me some inspiration. I am a sophomore in high school I want to get a job to save up for a car and help my mom out and the thought of having a job were I have to speak to people all day scares me. But this gave me some inspiration and around the beginning of this upcoming second semester I am going to apply for jobs. I hope I will be able to achieve the confidence you have achieved.
