Well, don't use simplistic - or should we say, _wrong_ - descriptions to explain something. Settle with saying things that make sense. Also, 'stamurai' has been heavily marketed on this subreddit. That behavior got shut down. I hope you're not wasting your money. "The Secret" is new age territory. As such, it should not apply to anything, really - other than perhaps entertainment value (some people also say "wellness", which I suppose is apt too). - I can certainly sympathize with you, in that you're finding things that work for you, but when you share things with others, there's a generality threshold that we need to keep an eye on. Some things are not helpful to others. Other things might be, but it's very fickle to trust the word of a stranger, based on success stories and personal anecdotes. That's why we have experts who are trained in various things. Stuttering has experts too. We need to refer to those instead of inventing our own private understandings.
