Thanks for the reply, it makes a lot of sense the way you explain it. The brain is really fascinating they way it copes with different sorts of problems, and it makes sense that such a complex organ would have a few hitches. And the singing bit, that's interesting too. I wonder if some people use singing for a form of voice therapy, although maybe it's more suited for voice confidence too.
