I’m a sophomore in high school. I emailed my teachers, telling them I had a stutter, and said if they had any questions, I could talk with them in person. This way, they already knew I had a stutter, and I could just explain it later. I eventually talked to all my teachers in person about it, and surprisingly, I stuttered less while talking to them. Just know, teachers are usually very accepting, since that’s their job, and they’ll do everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable in a school setting.
