I was on the speech team my senior year. It was tough when I didn’t do well but super rewarding when I did. A few times I had to stop because I lost confidence, but my best piece was in a duo which made it much easier to get through things because I had a partner who knew and understood my conditions so we’d always have great improvs in case I would get stuck on a word or something
