If you do not like interviews maybe consider other avenues. There are places likehttps://www.textbroker.com/ and https://www.upwork.com/ where you can find jobs that you can work from home with really no speaking interview. Most people start out writing articles and move up from that point. It's free to do and requires no speaking interview...that said I would encourage you to push through your fears.
