Oh, no no. Most definitely not. I had speech therapy in '98 in Pakistan so I (and indeed other PWS the world over) am quite biased against it because it can _never_ "cure" a stutter. But learn to use whatever they do teach you which (sorta) helps soften your stutter. If you are older than 26, consult your doctor to start you on 10mg Lexapro/Cipralex. Do keep in mind, the true effects start at least after 6 months of being on one _constant_ dose.
