I’ve had the same situation in university - what I would recommend is let the profs know in advance about your situation. I found a good amount of them just looked for me in class and let me take it at my own pace (still graded me present) and some let me do written pre work for the participation marks. Granted that’s only for the attendance marks, not for actual speech advice.
