You’re in a stuttering thread. Biden has dealt with stuttering his entire life. Those of us who stutter understand the need for pausing, switching words, adding um’s and uh’s and blocking. So if I was speaking at 30 years old and using the same patterns as Biden you would assume I’m suffering from dementia rather than trying to get my point across without stuttering? I’ll tell you one thing for free, if I was up there speaking in front of millions, I’d be far less articulate then Joe.
