Interview + Thoughts on Thesis project (about stuttering) I am a graphic design student that is currently working on my Thesis, which is about stutters. I am designing a book that tries to visualize/decode stutters, through the use of a typographic score (sort of like a musical score). I am interviewing a few of my friends, and transcribing what they are saying onto the score that I have designed. The picture attached is a little sketch on how the interview pages would look like. I haven't thought much about what else to add. My goal is to make sense of the tensions and frustrations behind stutter without putting my interview subject in a "zoo". I don't stutter alot, but I do stutter and find it difficult to speak when I am nervous/talking to someone I haven't talked to in a while. How do I understand stuttering as a unique feature and celebrate it? I would really really appreciate any suggestions on what you think would be appropriate to add into the book. (ex. research, social context, histories, communities, etc). **I would also love to interview you guys regardless of whether you stutter or not. Please let me know!!!** [\(60 BPM is her heartbeat, numbers on the side represent seconds that have passed\)](https://preview.redd.it/1yd62us4gwda1.jpg?width=1358&format=pjpg&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=1fdf6aab1ebe1a4e1a67fb91b56b2c1eff31db33)
