Seeking participants in Toronto for brain stimulation study 🙂 # Seeking participants in Toronto for brain stimulation study for both people who stutter and people who don't stutter **Research recruitment:** take part in a study on developmental stuttering The Speech Fluency Lab at the University of Toronto is conducting a study on the use of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) with adults who stutter. We are interested in learning how brain stimulation can help us understand the role of brain processes in developmental stuttering and how this may be useful in clinical practice. **What**: The study consists of **two one-hour sessions** in the lab during which you will be asked to do speech and nonspeech tasks while using tDCS. **Compensation**: Participants receive **a $50 Amazon Canada Gift Card for each completed session.** If you are not comfortable with Amazon, you may use this Gift Card to purchase another eGift Card from the [Amazon.ca](https://Amazon.ca) website by searching "gift card".
