That is not true! The OP changes voice, and therefore triggers the brain to use different routes. It's the same reason why one doesn't stutter when singing, and why some people don't stutter when they act. That you can fix your stutter just by breathing is simply not true. It is a neurological condition, so unless the fact that you breath differently changes the brain, it will not cure it.
