Mild stutter but giving specifics is TOUGH

Mild stutter but giving specifics is TOUGH I’m a pretty outgoing person and do a lot of talking and communicating on a daily basis. I don’t have the option not to for work, which has improved my stuttering tremendously. One thing that never seems to change though is my inability to give specifics when there’s no substitute. Such as my name!! Sometimes it rolls right off my tongue or if I bring it up on my own terms, like when I initiate the introduction. When asked though, I freeze. The block feels like a brick wall.
