"Just practice" is at odds with what we know about stutter. So, it's not just that you're not "good enough at speaking" - it's quite specifically that you *have a stutter*, which makes you speak in a different way than what you intended. But of course, maybe you don't stutter at all, and maybe it's something else. Go get it checked out. :)
