I, 21M… had this selection process for a company. Among those process were ‘Group Discussion’ where I terribly failed but at the end of the round, I told them I have this impediment. Miraculously I got into the final round! The interview was a banger! I tried to calm myself down, deep breaths in between. Organised words in my mind before letting them out did help me a lot. Idk why but I stutter less when I am in close proximity with the person I talk to.
