Do people scam you in a situation of bargaining?

Do people scam you in a situation of bargaining? I feel like due to stuttering, people think me as a stupid and inferior guy and it's really hard for me in a situation like bargaining. I only bargain when I feel confident where I won't stutterer much. Recently I am forcing myself to get out of my comfort zone and exposing myself socially but it's mentally draining me.
