You probably will never stop 100%. So first accept that and learn to be ok with it. Some people cant hear others cant see we cant talk sometimes. It does suck that this is like the last disability that it's ok for people to make fun of and laugh at, because that only makes it worse. The best thing you can do is stop caring what others think about you. Or in certain situations come out and say hey I have a speech disorder and not to try hide it. I have stuttered hard in job interviews and still got the job. I've worked in call centers solving peoples pc problems. I've answered phones at pizza places. You are only limited by what limitations you put on your self. Honestly I'd recommend streaming on twitch or something do what makes you uncomfortable.
