What has helped me the most is this approach (in this sequence from most important to least) Habits(Morning/start of day): Belly breathing, Basic Pranayama, 5 min meditation session Psyche: Most important. Smile as much as possible throughout the day, find opportunities to smile. This automatically gives you a positive spin. It works. Try it for 15 days Trauma management: Write down any bad incidents, but don't brood over them. Pharmaceutical support: Alpha brain (not endorsing but does make verbal flow 1% better) Believe in presence of a greater force which is guiding you on the right track. May you have a great life.
