insane how i’m basically going through the same thing. i’ve always had a stutter, truly nothing crazy besides stuttering on little things or when introducing myself. but this past half a year it’s just been abysmal. i stutter on almost everything now and i don’t know why. words/sentences i never stuttered with get me bad now. i’m 24 and its just been completely demoralizing. it’s crazy how we both have the same reasoning, the increased anxiety thing. that’s my only theory that makes sense as of right now. hopefully we all get through it man.
