I've had 3 therapists over the last few years, nothing really helped, what did really change a lot for me is when i started listening to podcasts, i got interested in podcasts about a year ago (mostly listen while cycling or when doing any repetitive task) and barely stutter anymore, could be a coincidence but i think it really changed stuff, just hearing people have a really calm conversation gives the same kind of relaxed feeling that waves crashing against rocks gives, but then in speech.
