I respect this, as I hold similar views. Clearly every stutterer is different (e.g. varying levels of severity, trouble saying different sounds, etc.), but I truly believe that every stutterer can improve the way he or she speaks; perhaps not every stutterer can become fully fluent, but a noticeable improvement is possible. For me, the key is self-confidence and being calm. When I practice speaking calmly and remind myself to maintain confidence, I am proud to say that I am near fluent. That being said, when I'm sick or stressed, I can stutter more often. Great advice and very inspiring, though. Practice makes perfect for nearly everything.
