I do. It depends on the situation really. You don't have to make a huge deal out of it. Just say something like "I do have a slight stutter so bare with me" or something like that. Having a slight stutter is an awkward one as if you don't disclose it then it may very well look like you are struggling to answer or being really nervous. Most interviewers will figure it out anyway, in a weird way it may help you as it gives you a "thing". Better than being unmemorable I suppose.
