I’m sorry you’re going through such thing. University days were challenging for me as well and somehow you survive the shitty days. Think about what would hurt you more: quitting university and working on something unrelated to physics (which doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t have a great life) or keep on studying the physics and dealing with the tough days the best you can. If you have a passion for Physics I’d suggest you go with it. Not sure if changing the institution is possible while still remaining in the field of Physics? You can also think about finding out the things that can get you through the uni days more easily. I know things would be 80% easier had it not been for the stutter but you try to work your way the best you can. It will be worth it.
