Any tips on losing focus on what I’m saying? I’ve stuttered my whole life, and it’s been incredibly mentally draining. I really feel like I’m capable of being fluent if I could just force myself to stop focusing on what words I’m about to say, and instead just talked on autopilot like I’m sure most people do. What exactly can you think about when having a conversation, other than what are you going to say in the conversation? I have hope but god is it a struggle
