I need help!

I need help! Hey! I have a stuttering problem. For some reason i struggle and can’t say words that start with “kr” and “gr” unless i’m already in a sentence. This doesn’t happen if I’m speaking without thinking of that i have to say a “kr” word. (for some reason the kr sound is really hard for me and harder to say then the gr). What do I do? How do I get rid of this stutter? It’s really annoying.
