Stuttering with disoriented speech and slurring.

Stuttering with disoriented speech and slurring. I have been dealing with disorganized speech, alongside slurring and a stutter since my mid adolescence. I slur significantly when I try to speak through a block. I'm wondering if there are others like me here.
