Interesting. I dont get it a lot, but I can understand where you are coming from. I try to address them calmly. I used to get more worked up when I was younger. A few years ago I had a young woman to tell me to "use my words". In the way you would tell a toddler (I am in my 30s). I wasn't as calm for that response.
