Just ask him how he'd like his stutter to be treated. My wife knows I get frustrated if I feel I'm not being listened to properly or anyone trying to finish my sentences. But she also knows I'm OK with my stutter and my own self confidence but I'd rather her order the takeaway through the drive through haha.
