What do you do besides work? What do you do for yourself? I know that socializing and communicating is such a big part of life but it’s not constant. You should try focus into your hobbies. I’ve started running again. I started back in Covid as I was working in a call centre and it was getting rough. I hated every moment of it and my stutter got worse and worse during lockdown so I decided to self harm through running (I always hated running as a kid). Ended up really enjoying it and it improved my mental state. Find stuff that you’re good at, or interested in. Find confidence in yourself by finding confidence in your hobbies, work, etc
