Can people mention your tired if your stuttering??

Can people mention your tired if your stuttering?? Sometimes people mention I sound tired--but they never mention its because I'm stuttering....should I just assume they think Im tired because Im stuttering....??? I still get a good night sleep and am not tired and still stutter.....!!! Are they right or wrong.....??? Should I take it personal? C ya!
