You need enough Magnesium (glycinate or threonate) to activate B1. But my process is this: List out all the vitamins from A to E. All the minerals as well from calcium to zinc. Then research Upper Limits for people with deficiencies. I also studied the right forms of each thing: like Benfotiamine vs Sulbu vs HCI forms of B1. I combine all 3 but I don't have Sulbu yet. Let's say 4.2g Potassium Chloride, 2g Calcium, 1.2g Magnesium are the kinds of numbers I work with. Study the reasoning behind how each thing affects muscles etc and make decisions to gradually trial, log into notes, and troubleshoot the next step.
