You have to give women a reason to want to talk to you because every guy is afraid of women in general so the stuttering doesn’t help necessarily hahah but one thing that helped me was going to the gym or at minimum being in shape and then also my hobbies/friend group attracted women so just focus on your friends, your values, and your hobbies and women will find u more attractive
