Irregular breathing patterns and 'crying' breath

Irregular breathing patterns and 'crying' breath Hey there! Just curious if you guys ever feel that you have shallow breathe or irregular breathing patterns.I feel like I have shallow breathing...also every once in a while I have that 'crying' breathe..that is the sob which we feel when we cry..I don't know if this is just because of my anxiety.but I think it had something to do with my stuttering.
