OP, when I was in high school, I had an IEP like I've seen suggested ITT, but what really helped was just talking to my teachers. My sophomore year, I opened up to my teachers that I stutter. They allowed me to give presentations to small groups of my classmates/just the teacher; to only be called on to read/give an answer if I raised my hand; and to receive credit for verbal class participation in alternative ways, such as writing my own reflection of the material we discussed. It was such a big help to me and to my confidence in the way I talk that by my senior year, I started to voluntarily give speeches to my entire class, read aloud, and even lead discussions despite that I still stuttered pretty moderately. You've just got to take baby steps, my friend, and communicating with your teachers is one of the first steps. While your stutter may not improve, as mine hasn't over the past 15 years, your attitude about your stutter must in order for you to make progress! You can do this!! We are all rooting for you.
