Would it be worth going back to speech therapy?

Would it be worth going back to speech therapy? I’m currently 19 and I’m in my first year of university. I attended speech therapy for pretty much my entire childhood from the age of 3 until the age of 13. I don’t really know why I stopped going at 13, I think my parents thought it was for the best, but I could definitely have done with speech therapy throughout my teenage years. Now after finishing secondary school, starting university, starting a part time job, and the big changes in my life in the last few months, my stutter has been giving me a hard time and I’ve been struggling a lot with it. I’ve been thinking about going back to speech therapy for a while, but I don’t know if it’s worth it at this stage or if it would just be a waste of time and money. So, does anyone have any advice or recommendations for or against it? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
