Do you guys have concentration problems?

Do you guys have concentration problems? Sometimes I feel like my brain is doing 2 things: - Trying to reduce the stuttering by searching for easy words at that very moment and concentrating on what I'm actually doing at that very moment For example: When I'm walking down the road with a friend and I'm talking I sometimes lose track of what happens around me as in I will cross the street without stopping first because I'm so busy in my mind trying to talk as fluently as I can. Basically, when I'm talking I'm also focusing on my stuttering which means I lose awareness of my surroundings.
