I mostly just get stuck on the first letter B,P,D,M,N, and F after that the rest of the word comes out pretty smoothly. Sometimes I will get stuck on words that follow with R like BR,CR,DR ect... I guess it all depends on the person and their stutter. That's the toughest part is to fix that beginning letter or syllable. That you may be stuck on, I think if anyone who stutters can get past that. It be half the battle.
