Hello, are you going through anything else? Maybe going back to school, or something that triggers anxiety? I have the same problem, and I am certain that anxiety is subconcsiously triggered with some events coming. What may help you is working on yourself, for example exercise, or visiting a therapist/psychologist. First step is accepting your stutter and begin your life-long struggle with it.
