Personally it doesn't bother me at all, but there is a line with jokes before I start to get angry with people. As far as your examples, I think it's fine because there's a difference between simply tripping over your words stuttering, and having dysphemia, the stuttering medical disorder. I know that when people say "did I stutter?", they don't mean the medical term, they just mean a normal stutter. Stand-up comedian Drew Lynch has a brutal stutter, and one of his punch lines was "did I stutter?" and it had the crowd roaring in laughter, it was great. I'm fine with my friends joking about the way my stutter can sound - I'm aware it sounds funny. I was watching an anime with my friends once and the girl character was tripping on all of her words, and my friend said "(my name) be like". I was hysterical laughing because it was actually funny to me. Can't take yourself too seriously. I do be like that! There's a difference between laughing at *the fact that I have a stutter*, and simply *the way my stutter sounds*. On the other side of the coin, if someone laughs at me WHILE I'm stuttering, I will get angry. Laughing at someone while they're struggling is objectively mean. But some people have different levels of tolerance, so it depends on the individual, you gotta feel it out. Don't get mad with people if they laugh or crack a joke, just let them know how it frustrates you. If they don't stop and keep laughing in the future, tell them straight, and contemplate the friendship.
