When i have a massive block i stop talking, take a deep breath and start again. A technique i learned at speech therapy is to take a deep breath before you start a sentence, breath a bit out and the start talking with the flow of the breath. Kinda like when you are on a rollercoaster, and you reach the top, and just when you went a little bit down you start talking. Also try talking slow and relaxed. Hope this helps!
