I was completely turned off to it back in middle school like 35 years ago. I had to go to special education class for it. ... with kids and teenagers that had down syndrome and other issues. I hated it and gave me such a feeling being stupid for a long time. Yes I hated school and didn't care and didn't try. I'm introverted and and probably have adhd. I'm a software engineer for 20 years now. I don't think I truly ever got over that, but moved on. I hope speech Therapy for stuttering is handled better now. I never went back for help because of that.
