I appreciate this post. I do think that this subreddit is getting filled with nothing but people venting and looking for an escape from stuttering. But can you blame them? I am 18M and I have achieved a "worry-free" stutter that is almost unnoticeable to the casual listener. I did this by working hard on myself for 2 years. 5 years ago I will definitely have vented on this subreddit if I even had the courage to share my problems online(which I didn't - I hated talking about my stutter). Anyway, now I try to help people like the past version of me personally. DM me if you are interested. The key to my success is to try to have something else that you are chasing in your life. It can be a career, your body transformation etc. Like you are doing right now. Keep it up!
