Hi - yes. So, sometimes when I was going to do a presentation my heart would race, my mouth dry, sweat hands, and difficult breathing. I started thinking I would block and everyone would be uncomfortable. When I would start speaking i didn’t have enough air in my lungs - I was very tense. Propranolol minimize these feelings, so those symptoms don’t add to the stutter issue, and that in my case helps.
