Is it just me or you guys also can't watch a video of someone/yourself stuttering?

Is it just me or you guys also can't watch a video of someone/yourself stuttering? I have noticed this thing in myself where I just can't watch a video of myself, or someone else stuttering. It brings so much hurt and pain to look at the video. It feels like my brain doesn't want me to look at it and forcing my hand to look somewhere else, as in it is hiding something.
