I'm responding to this three weeks later, but does that issue not bother you? Specifically the part where you say that we can be as capable as the CEO but won't get ntocurd if we can't articulate that. How does that not depress you? How can I be okay with knowing that I can do the job but I'm being judged just because I take a little longer to say something. Man that really *really* bums me out.
