Bullying, stuttering and dating

Bullying, stuttering and dating Im 18M, never been on a single date in my life. Was bullied through school. Have a stutter (try to hide it every now and then) and am very socially awkward around women because of the same. Need advice with regards to how to approach romance/dating for an absolute beginner being an introvert, socially awkward and stuttered. How did you people handle stuttering/bullying and dating?
