I’ve also noticed this and the reason behind it I can see is that when you smoke while you inhale the ciggerette you also exhale through your nose therefore fucking up your regular breathing cycle leading to more blockages while speaking and tripping over your words, For the most part it’s all in the breathing to release words (IMO)
