Definitely agree with disclosure as a possible strategy. It’s also good to be openminded about asking for any other kind of work-arounds or accommodations. Like doing part of the interview in written form or letting you send in a video of yourself- whatever needs to be done to exchange the required info. For me, I want to know beforehand whether my employer will be cool with my stutter and generally disclose ASAP
